Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- BBT Broom reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.
Returns Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment
- Processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment gateway
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
