Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • BBT Broom reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.


Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment
  • Processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment gateway

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.


Replacement Policy

  • Replacement will be provided for approved damaged or defective products
  • Replacement is subject to product availability
  • If the product is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead

Bulk & Dealer Orders

Refunds or cancellations for bulk, wholesale, or dealer orders are subject to prior agreement and may differ from standard retail policies.


Non-Refundable Items
